Cancellation Policy

Here you will find our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations shall always be communicated in writing, by e-mail, fax or post. Cancellation of the booking by the client always entails a penalty in respect of the amount paid to make the booking, as detailed in the following paragraph. Any cancellation by the client, including force majeure, or no-show at the accommodation, will be subject to the following cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, the client will not be refunded the initial payment of 35% and, in addition, will be charged the following as a penalty: a) 30 days before the date of arrival, 10 % of the amount of the rent. b) between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date 50% of the rental amount. c) between 14 and 7 days before the check-in date 75% of the rental amount. d) less than 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the rental amount.
